2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request an exchange.

    2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

    3. Ship the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed.

  • Limitations: Sale items, combo packs, or personalized/custom products may not be eligible for exchange.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged due to misuse, personalized items, or products without original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Refund Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

    2. Ship the item back to Girls Choice BD.

    3. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
